UVA Health in Charlottesville seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team for complex cases. You will manage care plans, coordinate with patients, families, and physicians, and contribute to ongoing practice improvements.

The role requires a BSN within 5 years of hire, 1 year of relevant experience, Virginia RN licensure, and BLS certification; the pay range is $38.66–$50.97 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients.
• Manage care and implement treatment plans at a refined skill level.
• Seek and provide feedback for improved clinical practice.
• Assume a beginning leadership role but seek mentoring in this process.
• In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
