Job summary

MaineHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient IV Therapy team at Maine Medical Center in Scarborough, ME. The role emphasizes assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care while supporting physicians and advanced practice providers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of clinical RN experience; BSN preferred and an active RN license with BLS. Occasional float to nearby MaineHealth locations and weekend coverage are required.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of clinical experience; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the applicable state and BLS certification.
• OCN certification and oncology experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Support physicians and advanced practice clinicians in delivering care.
• Float between Scarborough, South Portland, Biddeford and Sanford as needed.
• Participate in weekend rotation about every 2 months.
