Job summary

Legacy Health is seeking a registered nurse to join our ambulatory clinic team in Portland. You will provide direct patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to determine the most appropriate care plan, aiming for optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires completion of or progress toward a BSN, current RN licensure, and at least one year of RN experience or a Legacy RN Residency. You will operate under established standards and patient transfer protocols in a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred or in progress; BSN may be required for specific assignments.
• RN license current in applicable state.
• One-year RN experience or completion of Legacy RN Residency or equivalent program.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care within an assigned department or unit.
• Collaborates as part of the health care team under the direction of the clinical manager or designee.
• Adheres to the Standards and Scope of Practice for Registered Nurses.
• Performs all aspects of the nursing process: assesses, analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Follows Legacy Health System standards, including patient assessment protocols and transfer procedures.
