• Supervises Pharmacist Residents, Interns, Technicians and other staff.
• Reviews patient medication histories and plans treatment per protocol.
• Monitors and adjusts drug therapy based on patient data and records.
• Coordinates laboratory monitoring and drug therapy outcomes.
• Educates patients on disease state, ADRs, and medication adherence.
• Contributes to performance improvement and provider education.
