Job summary

Qualifications

• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred ACLS and professional organization membership.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests as needed.
• Record patient health history and document in the EHR.
• Administer medications and provide comprehensive wound care.
• Offer vaccines, triage, and patient education for treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with licensed providers to develop patient plans.
