NYU Langone Health Florida is seeking an Ambulatory Care Nurse to support nursing practice, clinical policies, and quality initiatives across the ambulatory setting. The role includes coordinating care, patient assessments, administration of treatments and medications, and guidance to patients and families to achieve outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing with Florida RN licensure, BLS, excellent communication, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Florida RN license required
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in ambulatory care settings

Responsabilités

• Performs physical examinations and collects health history
• Records information in electronic health records
• Administers medications and provides wound care
• Triage and provide patient education
• Collaborates with providers and supervises licensed staff as needed
• Supports quality initiatives and patient safety initiatives
