UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA seeks a Community Based Practice Ambulatory Anesthesiologist to join our ambulatory team. This full-time role offers a robust compensation package and opportunities to work across orthopedic, general surgery, urology, plastics and GI cases in a dynamic setting.

You will provide anesthesia in an ambulatory environment, supervise CRNAs, contribute to resident education, and enjoy built-in post-call days for balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and MA license eligibility.
• Board certification or board eligibility in anesthesiology.
• Experience in ambulatory anesthesia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in ambulatory ORs (ortho, gen surgery, urology, plastics, GI).
• Supervise CRNAs within the anesthesia care team model.
• Participate in resident education, QI, and research initiatives.
• Manage duties with built-in post-call days and defined on-call schedule.
