Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician (VST) to keep ambulances ready for response. The role involves stocking, maintaining and inspecting vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability for patient transport teams.

The position is full-time, $20.00 per hour, with shift options 0400-1600 or 1800-0600. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• State Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Driving record in compliance with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ambulances are fully stocked, safely maintained and ready to provide transportation services.
• Maintain a safe and clean vehicle environment for crew and patients.
• Manage daily vehicle inventory checks and update equipment tracking log; place replacement requests as needed.
• Perform regular mechanical checks (oil, washer fluid, batteries) and report issues to Fleet Manager.
• Document information clearly and adhere to company policies and security standards.
