Job summary

Premier Ambulance in Riverside, CA is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Southern California operations as Support Services Technicians. This entry-level role supports daily EMS operations by operating company vehicles, delivering supplies, and maintaining readiness of ambulances and equipment.

You will provide professional customer service to internal and external customers, work with the team to keep vehicles clean and stocked, and assist with light maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current and valid California Class C Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.
• Driving record that meets company and applicable auto insurance requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, which may include a physical examination, drug screening, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, including ambulances, throughout Southern California.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
• Deliver supplies and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds to deployment stations, hospitals, and field operations personnel.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, facilities, property, and equipment.
• Complete inventory checks and inventory requests as needed.
• Assist with light maintenance and minor repairs to stations, vehicles, or equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and company information.
• Read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and other workplace documents.
• Complete routine reports and written correspondence.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, customers, healthcare personnel, and other members of the public.
• Work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or member of management.
