Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) is hiring EMTs for immediate full-time positions to respond to emergency and non-emergency medical requests, delivering high-quality care and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, maintenance of a safe environment, and collaboration with health and safety personnel. Preferred candidates have healthcare experience, a current EMT license, BLS and NREMT, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active State EMT license.
• State driver's license.
• BLS and NREMT certification.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• EMTs provide patient assessment, determine required care and deliver emergency services.
• Document patient information and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Utilize EMT skills and equipment to provide care.
• Operate an ambulance in alignment with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and community relations.
