• Property & Casualty license required or must be willing and able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, email, and other outreach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance and financial products.
• Build relationships and earn customer trust.
• Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities.
• Present products and confidently ask for the business.
• Handle and overcome customer objections.
• Cross-sell and identify additional opportunities within customer households.
• Learn products and become confident explaining their value.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.
