Qualifications

• Must hold State of Michigan Cosmetology License.
• Strong client-care and communication skills.
• Experience with Aveda cutting and styling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a thorough consultation to assess guest image, face shape, hair texture and at-home maintenance preferences.
• Perform individualized services to achieve the guest's desired cut or style using cutting and styling techniques.
• Educate guests on achieving their look at home using salon product lines and styling techniques.
• Build relationships with guests and make pre-booking recommendations to improve retention.
• Grow technical skills and compensation through our level system, with focus on education and guest care.
