Qualifications

• 1–5 years of prior financial advisory or wealth management experience required.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire date.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Virginia Beach, VA.

Responsibilities

• Support financial advisors and the broader wealth management team in serving clients and managing day-to-day client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and account information.
• Assist with client communications, follow-up, and administrative activities.
• Work with internal systems and technology platforms that house customer and account data.
• Maintain organized records and perform basic bookkeeping-related tasks.
• Ensure activities and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with applicable industry rules and regulations.
• Manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Develop a strong understanding of firm processes, systems, products, and client service practices.
