Arby’s Henderson, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis and support the General Manager in delivering Smooth shifts, customer service excellence, and sales growth.

You will assist with local store marketing, training initiatives, and performance management to help team members grow and achieve goals. All backgrounds welcome; 6 months of management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
