Job summary

RoShay Services in Montana is seeking a Warehouse Associate at a delivery station to prepare orders for delivery and to support ongoing logistics operations across shifts. Daily tasks include loading conveyor belts, building and staging pallets, receiving truck deliveries, and moving items with carts, while safely lifting up to 49 pounds.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with varied temperatures and noise, following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to understand/speak English to follow safety and job requirements.
• Comfortable with physical activity and a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in diverse conditions, including heights and stairs where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Load conveyor belts and stage deliveries.
• Assist last mile of order fulfillment.
• Receive truck deliveries and move items using carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical activities (standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending).
• Follow safety protocols in varying temperature and noise conditions.

Role:

Warehouse Associate at a delivery station, responsible for preparing orders for delivery and supporting logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, and prepare inventory using smartphones and handheld devices.
• Build, wrap, transport, and stage pallets and packages for delivery.
• Receive truck deliveries and handle moving items with carts, dollies, and hand trucks.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Work around moving machinery and in varying temperature and noise conditions, following safety protocols.
