Sansky Logistics Group is hiring delivery drivers in the Solon, OH area. Roles are available in full-time, part-time, and seasonal formats with flexible scheduling and weekend requirements.

Expect 9:55 AM starts on cargo van routes and 11:00 AM on Bedford routes, delivering 200–300+ packages daily and earning competitive pay plus overtime, PTO, and tuition assistance. Qualifications

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Have a Valid Driver’s License; Commercial CDL not required.
• Consent to 4-Panel Drug Screening (Marijuana is NOT Tested).

Responsabilités

• Load / unload vans.
• Deliver up to 200-300+ packages per day weighing up to 50 lbs each.
• Safely drive a company provided van following strict safety standards.
• Operate a company provided handheld electronic device.
• Work in all weather conditions such as heat, rain, snow, etc.
• Climb in and out of vehicles with packages.
• Walk lengths of driveways and up/down stairs with packages.

Job Description

Competitive Pay: $22.75/hr to $33/hr at 1.5X rate for overtime hours.

Daily Pay Options Available!

Sign On Bonus: $300 after 120 days with Fantastic individual scorecard metrics and no van or property damages.

Located in SOLON, OH and BEDFORD, OH.

MUST WORK AT LEAST 1 WEEKEND DAY.

Part Time / Full Time / Seasonal Positions Available
Full Time = 4+ Days Per Week
Part Time = 2 Days Per Week

Delivery Area: Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland

Shift Start Time: 9:55 AM for Cargo Van routes.

11AM for Bedford Routes.

• Work up to 10 hours per day with shift starting at 9:55AM.
• Maintain metrics related to attendance, performance, and safety.
