Job summary

Bravo Transportation LLC is seeking a Driver Helper based out of Sterling Heights, MI. You will ride with a driver in an Amazon-branded truck to deliver packages in the community. No experience is required, and on-the-job training plus opportunities for career growth are provided.

Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour with options for overtime. The shift runs 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM, 3–4 days a week, up to 10 hours daily. Eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading packages (up to 150–200 per day)
• Handling large items (50–75 lbs) with proper equipment
• Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Work 3–4 days per week, up to 10 hours per day (including breaks)

What You'll Do:

As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded, DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages. Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading packages (up to 150–200 packages per day)
• Handling large and bulky items using proper equipment (team lift required for weights ranging from 50–75 lbs)
• Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Working 3–4 days per week, up to 10 hours per day (including breaks)

Physical Demands: This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing.

Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and involves both indoor and outdoor conditions.
