Job summary

SDXpress, partnered with Amazon as a Delivery Service Provider in Poway, California, is seeking full-time Delivery Drivers to join our fast-paced driver team.

As a delivery driver, you will load and unload packages, drive safely, and deliver to customers on time. We provide a company vehicle, paid training, overtime, health benefits, 401k, and PTO. Candidates must be 21+, have a valid drivers license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license in the state of employment and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and walk briskly up/down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Drive safely and efficiently to customer locations, following all traffic laws.
• Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Be Reliable. Be On-Time. Operate with Integrity.
• Follow ALL safety protocols and procedures.
• Be prepared to work up to 10 hours per shift (Overtime as needed).
• Be prepared to work 3-5 shifts per week (Overtime as needed).
• Be capable of maintaining hyper-fast delivery pace throughout shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.

As a Delivery Driver with us, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and safely.

Job Description

Join our awesome team of high-energy, fast-thinking, top-performing delivery drivers.

Our drivers earn $23.25 per/hr. PLUS bonus incentives for safe driving, reliability, attendance, and fast reliable delivery service.

Your shift time starts @ 11:05 a.m. when scheduled to work, and ends when you finish your route and return back to the station (approximately 7-9 hrs.)
