Baystate Delivery Inc. is hiring delivery drivers to join the Amazon Delivery team in Bellingham, MA. A company vehicle is provided and paid training is included. The position offers a full-time schedule of 4 days per week with 8–10 hour shifts and a starting pay of $24 per hour, paid weekly.

No prior delivery experience is required, and safety procedures are emphasized. Candidates should be 21+, hold a valid license, and be able to lift packages while delivering reliable customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages accurately and on time.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions.
• Load, organize, and handle packages safely.
• Use a company-provided smartphone and delivery applications.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Follow company safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Communicate with dispatch and management during your shift.
• Complete daily vehicle and safety checks.
• Work efficiently in different weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
