Job summary

DAJ Logistics in Melbourne, FL, partnered with Amazon, is seeking delivery drivers to safely operate box trucks and vans, delivering packages along assigned routes.

You will load and unload goods using pallet jacks or dollies, follow DOT safety standards, and use route navigation tools to keep deliveries on time while providing courteous service.

This role offers $22.50 per hour, bi-weekly pay, and benefits after 30 days, with a 4-day, 10-hour shift pattern requiring weekend work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Safely operate box trucks, vans, to deliver packages along assigned routes

Load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies

Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) safety standards during all driving activities

Use mobile devices and route navigation tools to plan efficient delivery routes and update delivery statuses

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring packages are delivered accurately and courteously

Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items to prevent injury

Maintain accurate delivery documentation and complete shift reports as required

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Able to work 10hr shifts 4 Days

Must work either Saturday or Sunday each week

Able to show up to work on Time 11:30am

Eligible to work in the U.S

Must be at least 21 years of age
