Job summary

Eagles Routes LLC, a Delivery Service Partner for Amazon, is hiring Delivery Associates for the DPD4 Delivery Station in Tualatin, OR. Training starts before the September 29 launch; no prior delivery experience required. Full-time/part-time roles with growth opportunities are offered.

Starting pay is $24.25 per hour with overtime, paid training, and eligibility for a $300 launch bonus for new hires. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and tuition

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to report reliably to DPD4 in Tualatin.
• Available to work up to 10 hours per shift.
• Available to work at least one weekend day when scheduled.
• Able to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing to complete required background, motor-vehicle-record and pre-employment screening.
• Dependable, safety-minded and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Load, organize and deliver Amazon packages.
• Complete assigned Amazon package routes.
• Follow customer delivery instructions.
• Use a company-provided smartphone for navigation and delivery information.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Enter and exit the delivery van frequently throughout the shift.
• Work safely in varying weather and road conditions.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Eagles Routes dispatchers.
• Deliver packages safely, accurately and on time.
• Provide professional and respectful customer service.
