Job summary

ALCO Logistics, a Delivery Service Partner for Amazon, seeks Delivery Associates in Downers Grove, IL. You’ll drive a delivery vehicle and handle 250–300 packages daily, bringing items to customers’ doorsteps.

Shifts run 4–5 days a week, up to 10 hours a day. Competitive pay starts at 24.75 USD/hour, with paid time off and health insurance for full‑time employees, along with training and growth in logistics.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to get in and out of large vehicles frequently.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have good English speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

We are ALCO Logistics, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for Amazon. We wear the Amazon uniforms, drive the Amazon branded vehicles, but we are a small independent company based at Amazon's Downers Grove, IL Delivery station DXH6.

Job Description

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering 250-300packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day if full-time.

Shifts

9AM - 730PM, we operate 7 days a week, weekend work required. 3 DAYWEEKS, 4 DAYWEEKS, 5 DAYWEEKS (OT maybe available during Prime weeks or Holiday Season)

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 2 WEEKS to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
