Overview

Vertical Relevance is looking for an Amazon Connect Consultant to join our team. This person is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying of software systems. He/she will be able to drive the programming of well-constructed, testable code. As an Amazon Connect Consultant, you will implement technical solutions as part of a team for customer engagements. This role requires strong teamwork, communication, patience and organizational skills needed to drive customer success. Responsibilities

• Help customers shape their journey to adopting the cloud and provide our customers with technical and strategic guidance on their “cloud journey”.
• Consult, plan, design, and implement Data solutions on the cloud for customers
• Lead Design & Development: Act as a senior architect and developer, guiding the design and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions.
• Contact Lens Expertise: Deep integration experience with Contact Lens for sentiment analysis, transcription, and analytics.
• Data Stream Mastery: Strong understanding of the data streams and event flows published by Amazon Connect (e.g., contact trace records, real-time metrics).
• Independent Execution: Expected to work autonomously, making architectural decisions and driving implementation.
• Support solution development by conveying customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps. Share real world implementation challenges and recommend expansion of capabilities through enhanced and new offerings.
  • Assist with technical briefs that document solutions
  • Assist with reference architecture implementations
• Support internal and external brand development through thought leadership:
  • Work with Marketing/Alliances to write blog posts
  • Work with Marketing/Alliances to develop internal case studies

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience with Amazon Connect and Solution Architect: Design, Development, Configuration, routing profiles, contact flows, and integrations.
• Contact Lens: Experience with analytics, transcription, and sentiment scoring.
• AWS Services: CloudFormation, SQS, SNS, MSK, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and CloudWatch.
• Data Engineering: Ability to work with streaming data, Apache Kafka,
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar for Lambda functions and integrations.
• Security & Compliance: Understanding of data privacy, especially in contact center environments.
