Polynesian Adventure Tours, LLC is seeking a professional luxury driver in Hawaii to deliver first‑class transportation services for guests. You will operate sedans, SUVs, or vans, ensure safety, greet customers warmly, and assist with luggage while maintaining a polished appearance.

The role emphasizes punctuality, clear communication with dispatch, and adherence to routes and schedules. Prior luxury transport or hospitality experience is preferred; a valid license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Experience in luxury transport, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate luxury vehicles (sedans, SUVs, vans) per regulations.
• Provide first-class service: greet passengers, assist with luggage, maintain professionalism.
• Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections for cleanliness, fuel, safety.
• Follow routes/schedules and adapt to client needs.
• Maintain vehicle interior/exterior to high standards.
• Communicate with dispatch, guests, and management about trip details.
• Report vehicle concerns or safety issues immediately.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform related duties in a professional manner.

About us:

Polynesian Adventure is the premier operator of sightseeing tours and private transportation in Hawai`i. We offer charter and tour services to the most sought-after locations in the Hawaiian islands, including breathtaking Haleakala and Road to Hana tours on Maui.

Wages:

$21.00/hr

Essential Duties:

• Safely operate luxury vehicles such as sedans, SUVs, or vans in compliance with all state and federal regulations.


• Provide first‑class service to clients—greeting passengers warmly, assisting with luggage, and maintaining a professional, polished demeanor at all times.


• Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in pristine condition, including cleanliness, fuel levels, and safety checks.


• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules while remaining flexible for changes based on client needs.


• Maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors to reflect the high standards of the Polynesian Adventure Black Car Service.


• Communicate courteously with dispatch, guests, and management regarding trip details and any potential delays or issues.


• Report any vehicle concerns, accidents, or safety issues immediately.


• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.


• Follow company uniform and grooming standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.


• Perform other related duties as assigned in a professional and positive manner.

Physical, Mental, and Communication Demands:

• Ability to relate professionally to guests, employees, and management at all times.


• Must be able to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs when assisting guests with luggage.


• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.


• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Previous experience in professional driving, luxury transport, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of safe driving practices and local roadways.


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.


• Professional appearance and attention to detail.


• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client confidentiality.


• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while on the road.
