Position Summary

The Front of House (FOH) AM Team Member plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for every guest. Whether greeting guests at the front counter, serving meals in the dining room, or ensuring our drive-thru runs smoothly, FOH Team Members are the face of Chick-fil-A Hays. This role is ideal for individuals who are guest-focused, energetic, and committed to delivering service with a smile to our Breakfast-Lunchtime Guests. Our AM Team typically operates between the hours of 5:30am-5:00pm (Shifts can range between this timeframe).

Guest Experience & Service

• Provide a warm, genuine greeting to every guest and serve with care.
• Execute Chick-fil-A’s “Core 4” hospitality behaviors: Create Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, and Stay Connected.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or drive-thru.
• Deliver food promptly, ensuring orders are complete, accurate, and presented neatly.
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to create memorable experiences.

Operational Excellence

• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and health department standards.
• Maintain dining room, restrooms, patios, and front counter areas to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Support smooth drive-thru operations, including taking orders on iPOS, assembling beverages, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude.

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment by encouraging and supporting others.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leaders.
• Follow all uniform, appearance, and punctuality expectations.
