Qualifications

• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Basic English skills are required.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and early childhood development.
• Previous teaching experience with young children.
• Experience in early childhood development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming learning environment for preschoolers.
• Assist in preparing fun, engaging hands-on lesson plans.
• Share Latin culture with the children.
• Set classroom rules and expectations using positive discipline.
• Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement lessons and activities.
• Help each child reach their full potential through individualized attention and hands-on learning.
• Document children's daily activities and developmental growth; inform parents of any issues.
• Maintain positive relationships and communication with students, parents, and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
