Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Newtown, CT is seeking a General Warehouse Associate for the AM shift. You will pick, scan, label, move, stage, replenish, and stack products, ensuring accuracy and safety.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates have 6 months in warehouse settings and an MHE certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
• Current or prior MHE certification.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders with a pallet jack and stage products per client requirements.
• Label, package, band, shrink wrap and label products as required.
• Verify products meet quality standards and report damages or discrepancies.
• Maintain safety protocols and keep the facility clean and organized.
• Operate pallet jack and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties and overtime as needed.
