Job summary

The Lodge at Bodega Bay is seeking a Restaurant Server to join its Food and Beverage team. The role focuses on greeting guests, presenting menus, taking and relaying orders, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, guest-first environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate order entry, assisting with banquets as needed, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and 3–6 months F&B experience preferred.
• Must read, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to promote menu items and handle guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take and relay orders accurately, and enter into POS system.
• Serve courses from kitchen/service bars and assist banquet events.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold hotel standards.
• Balance cash and process payments; observe safety protocols.
