Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care or large facility setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully with residents and families.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
• Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
• Follow established cleaning, safety, and infection control procedures.
