Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking an energetic cleaner to maintain client facilities in Florida. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep buildings looking pristine, with some prior cleaning experience and basic knowledge of cleaning products preferred.

The role includes general cleaning, restroom maintenance, trash removal, and minimal repairs. Schedule typically runs 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with options for Sun-Thurs or Tue-Sat shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.
• Experience with cleaning products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and maintaining its condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
