Job summary
Community Horizons in De Pere, WI is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to assist with daily living tasks for clients in a home setting.
You will help with medication reminders, transfers (Hoyer Lift), morning and night routines, meals, and light housekeeping, while providing respectful, person-centered support and safe transportation when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
- Experience working in home health is preferred, but not required.

- Assist with morning routines

- Meal prep
- Assist with bathroom assistance
- Bathing/showering
- Housekeeping (dishes, laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.)
- Range of motion

- Assist with transfers (Hoyer Lift)

- $18.00 an Hour
