Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate good workplace behavior. **Pay Increase: $0.50****Level 2:** Be fully trained in all assembly line stations, including ingredient handling (e.g., cheese) and packaging functions. Maintain production pace across multiple stations, including the top label and wrapping stations. Demonstrate leadership and coaching abilities when needed. Exhibit strong communication skills and teamwork. **Pay Increase: $0.25****Level 3:** Efficiently feed the line with buns while maintaining controlled wrapper speed. Sustain production speed across all assembly and packaging stations, including wrapping and labeling. Be fully trained and certified to operate a power pallet jack. Follow supervisor instructions to ensure productivity goals are met.
