Job summary

Hai Hospitality Group's Uchiba Austin is seeking a dedicated prep cook to support our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing mise en place and assisting the prep station during dinner service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to work in hot and cold temperatures and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist prep cooking and maintain mise en place.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in all kitchen tasks.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Assist with stock and inventory as needed.
