Job summary

Brick Wood Fired Bistro, a locally owned Southern Maryland restaurant, is seeking a Prep Cook who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in house-made doughs, sauces, and seasonal ingredients.

You will produce pizza dough, pasta dough, and sauces from scratch, work with fresh local produce, and maintain a clean, organized station while contributing to a growing team focused on hospitality and quality.
