Job summary

Concord Hospitality seeks a full-time culinary associate in Durham, NC to prepare food with consistent quality per brand recipe cards and to maintain proper documentation on containers in line with SOP rotations. You will uphold safety standards, report in uniform and on time, and fulfill guest requests with a positive attitude.

The role emphasizes proactive ordering, precise food preparation, and equipment upkeep to prevent service obstacles, while supporting Concord's commitment to quality,

• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
