Sage Hospitality seeks a morning/weekend/holiday capable cook to prepare food items in line with recipes and quality standards, while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
In this role you will start items prepared ahead, rotate perishables, monitor temps, and assist in keeping buffet stocked. You will work closely with servers and fellow staff to ensure consistent quality and minimize waste.
Position does require open job availability (must work mornings/weekends/holidays).

Education/Formal Training
High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum one-year food service or related work.

Inside 100% of 8 hour shift. Going in the freezer temperatures can be -10 degrees. On the front line, temperatures can be over 100 degrees.
