Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, provide menus and seating.
• Coordinate dining reservations and special services for guests.
• Supervise dining room service to ensure fast, courteous guest experiences.
• Inspect serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
• Collect payments and tally receipts at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises and coordinates activities of restaurant personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
• Schedules dining reservations and arranges special services for diners
• Greets and escorts guests, provides menus
• Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
• Collects payments from guests
• Totals receipts at end of shift
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in similar role preferred

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES

• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
