Role Summary

Join Porter Novelli’s largest Healthcare practice, the largest global practice in the industry, to drive integrated science‑based communication campaigns for a groundbreaking neurology client. This role blends strategy, media, content, and project management in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment with a clear career path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of public relations plans, translating strategic ideas into client‑aligned PR programs.
  • Lead creation of internal and external communication materials for scientific and regulatory milestones, targeting media, healthcare professionals, patient communities, and other stakeholders.
  • Support high‑visibility campaigns, including celebrity and influencer initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with earned specialists: research media targets, develop media lists, draft outreach materials, and lead daily monitoring of brand coverage and data milestones.
  • Partner with digital, paid, media, and analytics teams to create integrated campaign elements.
  • Manage project timelines and team bandwidth, keeping projects on track amid tight deadlines.
  • Assist teammates on coordination, documentation, and execution across multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing direction, feedback, and involvement in hiring and onboarding.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–4+ years of PR/communications experience; agency experience is advantageous.
  • High level of science expertise with a deep commitment to healthcare PR.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and/or pharma healthcare regulations.
  • Familiarity with Veeva and preparation of documents for MLR reviews is a strong advantage.
  • Balanced, organized work style that enables independent driving of work or collaborative project management.
  • Proficiency in regulatory communication, client engagement, project management, writing, content development, presenting, digital, social, budget management, and teamwork.
Salary Range

Senior Account Executive: $70,000 – $80,000. Account Supervisor: $80,000 – $90,000.
