Dunkin’ in Knoxville, TN is hiring AM Crew Members for part-time shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM to support a 5:00 AM opening. You’ll serve guests with a smile, prepare food and beverages to Dunkin’ standards, and help keep the store clean and well-organized.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team setting. Previous food service experience is helpful but not required; paid training and growth opportunities are offered.

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Team Members who are available to begin shifts as early as 4:00 AM to help prep the store for our 5:00 AM opening.

Key Responsibilities

Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties

Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude

Support closing duties as needed (available as late as 11:00 PM)

Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders

Required Availability
