Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel is seeking a Complimentary AM Attendant to greet guests, prep breakfast items, and keep the dining area clean and stocked for a smooth morning experience.

You’ll assist with coffee service, manage buffet stations, and handle basic cashiering with warmth and efficiency. Prior food & beverage experience is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Warm welcomes & local know-how: greet guests warmly and share tips about local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Breakfast prep, service and drinks: prepare and serve breakfast items and coffee while maintaining food safety.
• Keep areas clean and stocked: maintain buffet and service areas per brand standards and refresh as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with calm efficiency.
• Support kitchen and service tasks: assist with dishwashing, restocking, and tidying as needed.
• Handle basic cashiering duties accurately and maintain transaction records.
