Job summary

Jobot in the United States is seeking an experienced TIG Welder with strong aluminum welding skills to join our team. You will perform precision TIG welding, read blueprints, set up equipment, and ensure high-quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of TIG welding experience with a strong focus on aluminum.
• Ability to produce clean, cosmetic, and structurally sound welds.
• Experience reading blueprints and weld symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience using common fabrication and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment.
• Fit, tack, weld, and finish fabricated parts to specification.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Use measuring tools including calipers, tape measures, and squares.
• Work closely with fabrication, production, and quality teams to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
