Job summary

API Heat Transfer in Franklin, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Aluminum MIG & TIG Welder to join our team building condensers and cooling units. You will weld aluminum with MIG and TIG, read blueprints, and support continuous improvement in welding processes.

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Aluminum MIG & TIG Welder to join our dynamic team and help build high-performance heat transfer products, including condensers and cooling units. What You Bring

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding
• Exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes (PPE provided)
• Frequently required to sit/stand, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.
• Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and occasionally reach above shoulders.
