Skills

Knowledge of aluminum horizontal continuous casting operations

Knowledge of peeling, ultrasonic testing, cutting, and packing in metals manufacturing

Hands-on troubleshooting capability in a foundry or industrial manufacturing environment

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills

Ability to interpret process data and production metrics
