Alto is hiring a rideshare driver in Dallas to operate company-provided luxury EVs and earn hourly pay with bonuses and tips. You will be a W-2 employee with all vehicle costs covered and safety features in place, focusing on delivering great rides while avoiding personal vehicle wear and tear.

Pay starts at $12.00 per hour with raises after short intervals; Alto offers healthcare including dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, and other benefits with flexible pay options and perks after 30

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License (minimum of 3 years driving experience).
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and saliva drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have no drivers license suspensions within the past 3 years.
• Must successfully pass the Driver Training Program to become a certified Alto Driver.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury EVs to deliver rides to customers.
• Get paid by the hour with bonuses and tips; track hours weekly.
• Attend Driver Training Program and maintain compliance with safety features.
• Complete pre-employment checks and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ensure safe, courteous customer service and operate in Dallas market.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to communicate verbally and listen to directions from our dispatch team

Tech Savvy with Navigational apps (I.e Google Maps, Emails, Web Browsing)

Enter and exit the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage.

Lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly/occasionally.

Must be able to sit for extended periods without being able to leave the work area.
