Von Maur is seeking an Alterations Associate to deliver attentive customer service while altering a range of garments, from beaded formalwear to tailored pieces.

You will measure, pin, sew, press, repair, and keep the department organized while maintaining high standards of quality and care for every customer.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be professionally competent in all basic and most advanced alterations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and own the customer experience.
• Measure, fit, mark, and pin garments per specs.
• Sew/alter garments and press to prepare for customers.
• Repair damaged merchandise.
• Perform basic to moderately difficult alterations.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
