KENKLEEN CORP is seeking a skilled tailor to support sales and provide exceptional customer service while completing tailoring duties. The role emphasizes precise stitching, high-quality alterations, and a customer-focused approach in a busy retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have tailoring experience, a creative mindset, and strong time-management skills to coordinate appointments and ensure smooth store operations. Spanish-English bilingual ability is preferred for customer interactions.

• Previous tailoring and ideally retail experience.
• Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
• Creative and ability to think outside the box.
• Offer exceptional customer service, whilst working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with sales and delivering exceptional customer service, once tailoring duties are complete.
• Deliver great customer service as well as scheduling and coordination of appointments.
• Communicate well with other Tailors; bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
• Sales Stylists and Store Management in order to guarantee smooth operations.

An experience tailor to perform alterations and repairs to customer garments, hemming, mending, lengthening, as well as taking in and letting out seams. Replace buttons, zippers, pockets, and linings.

Available to work Tuesdays-Fridays 8 AM-5:30 PM, and Saturdays 8 AM-3:30 PM.
