Actalent in Freehold, NJ is seeking a seasoned land surveyor to prepare Title, ALTA, Topographic, and As-built surveys, and to perform surface modeling. The role requires reviewing survey work and conducting construction stakeout while maintaining current knowledge of NJ regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with project teams and clients. This is a permanent onsite position based in Freehold, New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Land surveying expertise.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in site plan and subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare Title Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys.
• Prepare Surface Modeling.
• Review all Survey work.
• Perform Construction Stakeout.
