Job summary

V2X is seeking a skilled maintenance technician experienced in aircraft life support systems. You will work on ALSS components, perform diagnostics, and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance regulations.

The role requires ability to read schematics, follow technical directives, and coordinate with other maintenance teams. The position offers competitive compensation aligned with Maryland standards, plus overtime and differential pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aviation life support equipment is required.
• Familiar with military publications, drawings, blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
• Working knowledge of safety rules, regulations and procedures.
• Must possess a valid US State driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace components on aviation life support systems and related equipment.
• Adhere to government safety standards and flight line procedures during maintenance tasks.
• Instruct and supervise lower level technicians; assist other shop personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and related aviation maintenance publications.
