Job summary

Guardian Ambulance seeks Emergency Medical Technicians to serve on ALS ambulances across South Carolina, including Sumter and nearby counties. You will respond to calls, transport patients, and provide ALS care under established SOPs.

Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED, SC driver’s license, EMT and BLS/CPR certifications, and be physically capable of performing duties. Shifts include 8–12, 13, and 24/72 hours from Sumter base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State EMT Certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support Certification.
• Physically able to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Functions as EMT on ALS ambulances, operating vehicle to/from pick up and drop off locations.
• Provides ALS patient care and movement.
• Documents all activities per company SOP.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
