Job summary

Bridgewater Associates is seeking an Alpha Engine Strategist to own the Strategist Ecosystem, designing machines behind each function and connecting across teams. You will work with Strategists, Analysts, Coordinators, Client Service, and Research to deliver coordinated outcomes.

You will drive operational design, ownership, execution, and reporting, while maintaining quality as the ecosystem scales. This role is based on our New York City campus with four days onsite per week and a generous

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience designing operational processes from scratch.
• Track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to achieve results.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize the Strategist Ecosystem across functions.
• Provide ownership of ecosystem direction and priorities.
• Own the cadence of recurring mechanisms across the ecosystem.
• Maintain ecosystem health and surface issues to leadership.
